Pre heat the olive oil
Add the garlic, oregano, crush red peppers
Sauté the garlic
Add the mussels, butter and wine
Mix all the ingredients - season with salt and pepper and add the marinara
Cover and lower the heat - cook for about 5 minutes until the mussels open
Discharge the mussels that are closed, serve with plain or garlic bread, or over linguine.
