Sauté lobster, both bell peppers, onion and blackened seasoning in butter. In a separate pan, place your scramble egg mix and cook until done. Add cheddar/gouda mix and sautéed ingredients. Fold and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:

  •  4 oz cooked lobster
  •  1 tbsp butter
  •  1/8 cup julienne green peppers
  •  1/8 cup julienne red peppers
  •  1/2 cup julienne yellow onions
  •  1 cup shredded cheddar/gouda mix
  •  1 tsp Blackened Redfish Magic Seasoning
  •  3 eggs
